- Services are delivered based on the scope discussed and agreed upon during booking.
2️⃣ Payment Policy
- For small and new clients, a 10–20% deposit is required to confirm the appointment.
- Corporate and established clients may choose offline payment or invoicing after service completion.
- Deposits are non-refundable but transferable if the booking is rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
3️⃣ Cancellation & Rescheduling
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment.
- Missed appointments without prior notice will result in the loss of deposit.
4️⃣ Confidentiality
- Tassa ensures the confidentiality of all client data, documents, and financial records.
- Information will never be shared with third parties without written consent.
5️⃣ Advisory Disclaimer
- Advisory services are provided based on professional expertise and industry practices.
- Implementation of advice remains the client’s responsibility.
- Tassa is not liable for business outcomes based on the advice provided.
